Robbie L.
Manager, Commercialisation
At CCEP, we have really strong relationships with our colleagues - both on a personal and work level. In my role particular, stakeholder management is a fundamental skill for success and therefore it is crucial to build strong relationships with colleagues to be able to form high performing teams and create the trust required to execute at the speed and scale we require for the projects.
Not everything is about work though and from a personal perspective, I have built some really close relationships with colleagues and at a team-level, where I see them as close friends & the team bonding is really important too for the right culture and environment to work in.
