When I was in the Beverages For Tomorrow/New Ventures team all the work we did was pretty new, nothing had been proven and most processes we had to develop. When this is the working environment its not unusual that things don't always go to plan and as mush as we tried to mitigate issues, relentlessly, they did arise.
This is when I most valued my colleagues because we ALL rallied together to find a solution, speak to exports and
explored options and deal with any issues that occurred.
