Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Being in a team you value your colleagues everyday. As a new starter, you always get support from fellow colleagues on areas you may not know or are not aware of. When I started at CCEP all the team supported me. You then can teach new starters at CCEP the knowledge you gained. This is something unique about CCEP and you can’t get this support in other companies.
