I value how open my colleagues are at Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP). For example when I have been looking at potential internal moves I always reach out to colleagues who are in the role I am interested in so I can gain more insight into the position I am applying for. The enthusiasm to share knowledge and support each other is overwhelming and something that makes CCEP such a great company to work for. You truly feel that you are part of one team.
