Hello Anon, what a great question!
At CCEP one of our core ways of working is feeling empowered to achieve together. For me my colleagues are hugely valuable in supporting and helping me every day. I recently moved roles and my colleagues are always available to help me get up and running quickly. Working on key projects is also a great example of people from different functions coming together to use our different expertise to get to a solution.
Certainly during the past 12 months since Covid and the lockdown, I've really valued having more personal informal contact with colleagues - to share some of what's going on in my life and talk about things - it's been a huge help and support for me.
Hope this helps? Any other questions let us know :-)
