Andrew G.
Grocery Merchandiser
Hi, thanks for your question
I see a number of insiders have already responded to this question so I'll give a simple reply. Everyday...
Rather than a single example. I find being part of a Regional Team of about 14 Merchandisers and our Team Leader Manager we have a Whats-app group which we engage with throughout the day, we share experiences i.e. "Is this happening in your stores"? Funnies, "You'll never guess what just happened to me" ! It makes you feel like you are not out there on your own...
Also if we have a push on, like big seasonal or regional displays for Supermarkets, Pride, Events, Christmas etc. Other colleagues and Managers from different departments come out and help us, at CCEP we have a very supportive and inclusive environment. It's a great place to work.
Hope this helps, kind regards
Andrew
