Everyday. CCEP is very much a people focused company, this has become even more apparent for those roles that are working in a hybrid environment. The support that colleagues provide is great in both an office and working from home capacity. To feel part of a team is brilliant. Just last week, I was fortunate enough to be part of a volunteering day with the team which was great that we could combine team-building with providing something to give back to the local community.
