Hi there, I work in a small yet busy team so I really value my colleagues everyday. They always share any knowledge or information which can be really helpful in our role as communication is key.

Shift team leader - Warehouse

The early weeks of the COVID-19 crisis really showed the true measure of those I work with at CCEP. As a team leader I relied on communication from our leadership team to help me make decisions every day and provide the right guidance to my colleagues and team members - this was absolutely central to creating the correct mindset for everyone in the company - every single person in our department pulled together and adapted quickly to keep everyone safe, ensure the operation kept going and no one abused the extra support that was put in place with regards to leave / isolation. When I look back at April / May this year I feel proud of how CCEP and in particular our team handled everything.

Hi I work with a great team and some amazing people. It is when I am down and my team motivate me and help me to think differently and out side the box to achieve my goals, I really value them for their support.

Hello! For me it's the culture that you're not expected to know everything and everyone is ultimately there to help you learn and develop and support your growth. This is really important to not have a fear of failure, particularly when trying new things!
