Hey, I would say firstly they value each and every individual who works for them. I think this is the first company I’ve worked for that I personally feel like they care about it’s employees as much as they care for the overall company. Of course they value each product, they’re customers, the environment etc, but I love the fact that they also value diversity! There’s a wide range of individuals at this company and I love the fact that they thrive on inclusivity!
