Hi, Sorry for the late response...
If any of my colleagues needed an immediate response we would give two beeps, whatsapp, message or phone / text. Be it a quick question, something you don't want to run by the boss first, is it me ? Feeling out of my depth here, intuition is telling me I don't feel safe or confident, you know who to buddy up with.
We work on our own but also know who to turn to, be it our colleagues, line managers, or other support. So anyone joining the team can find friends of there own, be it age, new starters or experience, be open, share your fears, they maybe someone else'es, we support each other and all bring something to the group. Even if it is "Well why do we do it like that" ?
