Customer Service and Logistics Manager
Hi, team work is so important in my role!
Firstly, I have the CSL (Customer Service and Logistics Team) that work with me to ensure we are delivering on time and at high quality to our customers. The team consists of the CSL Team Leader, slots and returns. We all work together to deal with any problem loads and to liaise with the Transport team in our Nottingham site to resolve any issues.
I am also part of the operational team and support our Senior Professionals and Professionals in the daily running of the shift. In reality this can mean leading meetings, helping to resolve operational issues, doing a safety walk of the warehouse with the shift team or something as simple as saying hello to our team our FLT drivers.
