Hi, thanks for your question
We work individually in our role as Merchandisers and develop our relationships with in store supermarket colleagues to form a team effort towards a common goal. Keeping the bosses happy by achieving and maintaining standards and increasing revenue and we share our experiences.
Working for CCEP we also have regular team meetings with other Merchandisers usually our team of perhaps 12 and our Team leader, via a Whatsapp groups, Teams video calls and getting together in person. Team meetings, fun days out and National Conferences. It really is a family, where all are included and everyone's difference and experience is valued.
