Hello... apologies for the delay in responding... in answer to your question though...
What I know now about CCEP by far outweighs the already high expectations I had before I started with them... those expectations grew at the assessment centre I attended to interview for my first role - I loved that day, the energy, the company/role info, the excitement - they put me through my paces and I walked away on a true high so you can just imagine how I felt when I was offered the role - I did it, I couldn't believe it!!
The amazing experiences I have had since then are countless from personal and career development, learning about different areas of the business, capability building within roles, the network and friendships, the support, the 'only coke can do' events and that includes our latest virtual conference - just wow!!!
If you want to get involved in things outside your role the opportunities are there and we are encouraged to do so which for me keeps its all so fresh and exciting!
