Well on first joining, you would go through a full induction process including an introduction to the company, people and our aims and ambitions of great people, great products and great service. This includes our commitment to diversity, sustainability and personal health and wellbeing.
You would be mentored and supported to take on responsibilities throughout this progression which takes months and years, not days, to help you develop your personal skill set and represent the business both professionally and make you proud and happy in your work.
We share a lot, best practice also our concerns.
I personally was a little overwhelmed with the size of the product range and amount of information, but I was supported not tripped up, my hand was held and now three years later, I train others...
