Everyone at CCEP is encouraged to give their view point and feedback in many ways. It could be an engagement forum or questionnaire or following a meeting or event. There are a number of forums where people can bring the ideas of groups of people to the table so that every one of them is heard. Regardless of place within the hierarchy, everyone has a voice.
