Hello and thank you for this question, it actually really threw me as I don't tend to think about role levels when having discussions!
At CCEP we work hard to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable to share their ideas. When we get feedback we try to action any improvements in a timely way and share what we have done with the wider team along with the reasons why. I think this builds trust which encourages people to speak up if they have an idea. There are also many ways to share ideas so those who are not as comfortable talking ideas through can choose to write them down etc.
