We would always welcome ideas from all employees as to how we can improve operationally and culturally. In terms of safety, every employee is encouraged to make suggestions and report any unsafe acts or conditions. We always look to improve our processes and embrace new technology and we also have a suggestions box which ties mainly to how we operate (i.e. how we develop and nurture our teams). Regular one-to-one meetings with line managers and monthly team briefings offer structured opportunities for all staff to engage and share their ideas but we do have a culture that allows all staff to approach the management team with new ideas out with pre-arranged formal meetings.
