Hi Sorry for the late reply...
Senior Managers in my experience really go out of there way to help, I found it's a big percentage of there role and they are keen to help. They will point you in the right direction and encourage networking connections that help you progress. Many will come out on a visit with you or connect you with others who can open your mind to opportunities and share experience of there progression.
It's an open environment which is inclusive to skill sharing. I'm happy in my role but have been encouraged to help others through training and mentoring to progress there ambitions and skills.
