Shift team leader - Warehouse
We have regular 1-2-1 meetings with team members which provide a great opportunity for feedback, raising any concerns and suggesting any improvements we can make in the operation. The discussions are intended to be informal and we then log key points on the 'My Performance tool' which is accessible on PC and smart phone. We also have a 'ME@CCEP' board with a suggestions box which allows team members to post ideas (anonymously if they wish) and they are reviewed regularly by the site management team - actions are agreed and we look to investigate and resolve everything raised - if an idea can't be progressed we'd provide feedback on why during monthly team briefs.
