There are many opportunities. We have a Mentoring Scheme where you can learn, network and gain guidance and experience from senior colleagues, which in turn helps you towards your career direction. In my day to day job, there is also regular interaction with Snr Managers, Directors and VPs with opportunities to present, join meetings or have 121's to share your work and give input into discussion, whilst learning ways or working from them. We also have a relatively flat structure in my team, so I report into a Snr Manager and gain great coaching and feedback, helping my development through 121s with them.
