Hello,
Happy to provide some insight into learning from more senior colleagues. From my experiences people that have been in the business for some time are more than happy to pass on their knowledge and experience, all you need to do is ask :)
My line managers have also been very helpfully, not only by being available to pass their own knowledge they also point me in the direction of others in the business that may be more suitable to support.
It is also possible to secure a mentor and this will formalise the coaching and support element.
