What do you like about your job and the company?
I really enjoy working with a wide variety of people, from all backgrounds, it's rewarding to see their progress and development especially as they move on to new roles within the business
Greatest achievements
Two of my team and an account executive ran a 3 month trial to expand the breadth of the merchandiser role from looking after just front of store to being accountable for the whole store. This included new ways of working and communicating with the AE. We proved that this could work successfully and drive better results for the company and the new version of the role was adopted nationally. in 2018.

Never be afraid to ask a question, no matter how silly it may be. Someone may want to know the answer as well. This goes part-in-parcel with listening, it is easy to hear someone but to listen and absorb the information and if you don’t understand then ask them to explain more. People will respect you more if you are engaging with them and ask for more information if you don’t understand.

Breadth moves are very usefully as it expands your overall knowledge which ultimately helps with career development. With all this in mind its also important to be flexible and adaptable.
