Vito V.
Sales Manager, Field Sales
Hi Caitlin,
For me its all about territory management. Understand who your current customers are along with who in your area are the top 10-20 targeted customers of which you don't currently work with. Then build a plan around how you will find the right balance between working with current customers & growing their/our business & seeking new opportunities & proactively approaching the others.
First three months in role is all about getting around & understanding your territory, Customers & opportunities.
