Hi Corey, thank you for your question!
We look for lots of different things at CCEP for a sales executive role. But most importantly we look for people who are confident when talking with customers, people who are resilient and someone who can work independently as well as part of a team. I started out myself as a field sales executive, working on multiple territories meeting different customers before moving into HR and progressing that way in the company. However still to this day I use the skills that I learnt from doing the sales exec role :)
