Hi Andre S., another great question...we have very much moved away from formal very structured annual performance appraisals. Our performance management philosophy is to have 'always on' and open feedback, with regular check-in's focused on your strengths and how we can support your development and career ambitions. We have an app called myperformance@ccep which can be used 'on the go' to support with these always on performance conversations. So there should be absolutely no surprises during any annual check in conversations! Much better than a very formalised process in my opinion! Lisa
