How would you describe the work environment? (Are there internal sales competitions? How often do you have 1-2-1’s?)

Hi Samuel
Thank you for your questions.
The work environment is very friendly, we constantly try to better ourselves, through learning from each other. Yes, there is always healthy internal competition. This helps us to strive and go the extra mile. Our mangers come out on accomp’s with us at least one a month for training. This is also an opportunity to have 1-2-1 and anything we wish to discuss.
