For example, collaboration, listening to your customer and acting with speed and agility. This is reviewed and performance graded against these targets and behaviours. There are many factors supporting and affecting success so your motivation, effort and drive to win go a long way. If you are in field sales your line manager will coach you each month and provide feedback on your performance also.
