Thank you for your questions. We are given on going training specifically to help us with our roles. Our line managers come out in field to coach us on a regular basis. This really helps us to identify our strengths and development areas. For the development areas we make plans and work to improve.
If your willing to learn & progress within the business, management will support you and work on your skill gaps to grow you within the business.
