Each individual is responsible for their own career progression and we are encouraged to spend time and identify areas of the business that would would like to progress into.
Each of my line managers has been very supportive when I initiate any career conversations. We explore knowledge gaps and ways of plugging these. Its always vital to make known what your ambitions are and have an active IDP (Individual Development Plan).
CCEP will support each individual on their own journey - an example is when i identified that presenting wasn't a strong point of mine my line manager would encourage i go to other team meetings and brief them on what we are doing and find ways of collaboration to grow our business whilst also developing my skills.
