I joined back in 1996 on the 'Frontline' program where I worked 4 days a week as a sales rep and then studied for a degree on the 5th. The company supported me throughout this process and then as I have moved through roles and had a family they have given me flexibility when needed and opportunities to develop in the current job and then into bigger roles. CCEP has a career hub where you can upload your CV and skillset and it will send you notifications of relevant upcoming vacancies and then a program called the career bridge where you can really focus your time and efforts on prospective roles and what skills you need or will gain by doing them. During this program you will also have a mentor to assist you.
