Hiya, thank you for your question. For me there are two traits that I have found especially useful. The first is being able to build relationships, taking the time to get to know people and being comfortable giving and receiving feedback. The second would be being curious, proactively asking questions and really wanting to understand processes and issues at a deeper level. I hope this helps, Fiona
