Hi Iain, please tell me about a project you recently completed?

Working at CCEP means you need to be able to adapt to a fast moving environment with a drive to continually improve. Although my day job is focused on planning to get through the next 12hrs and into tomorrow I regularly get involved in projects throughout the year to help push our operation forward and maintain standards. This adds variety to my role and helps me develop as well. I have recently been involved in projects that impact on employee relations and ensure our adherence to contract agreements, IT upgrades to existing software programmes that manage our automatic warehouse and warehouse layout / utilisation. I've always found that if you are interested in taking on a project there are lots of opportunities and plenty of support within the company.
