Hello, I have recently been working on the casual and fine dining strategy. This involves sourcing category information for our brands and speaking to the insights team. I manage a selection of customers that fall into the casual dining sector so speak wi with them to understand what would work is key.
The next stage will be to speak to the consumers to get their views.
