Please tell me about a project you recently completed?

I recently completed a project to launch an NPD (New Product Development) for Fanta - introducing a new flavour for the GB portfolio. This was very exciting to work on due to the strategic importance for the company, as well as a tight timeline to deliver the project - which I enjoy problem solving! NPD launches require multi-stakeholder alignment across the end-to-end process from conception to launch in-store, to ensure each function performs the key activities according to the project milestones. For this project, it required weekly check-ins to maintain this alignment and manage any risks to meet the customer requirements - this was very important as throughout the project there were some problems which needed to be solved quickly and therefore this collaboration was pivotal to delivering a successful launch.

Ultimately, the project was a huge success and was internally recognized for the speed and agility it required to meet the commercial requirements - which was very rewarding after all the hard work as a team!
