Hey,
Somehow I missed this question, apologies!
Recently I have been working on a strategy for our Fine Dining customers.
This involved highlighting who the customers are and what do consumers want from these outlets. I then went on to explore different solutions and created a tiered system to show progress.
Its been a challenging but rewarding project and has allowed me to hone in my strategic thinking skills.
