Deadend job to Working in a Company where there are fair opportunities
I use to work for a company where there wasn’t much opportunities to progress and the work environment was uneasy. Now I'm in a company that provides help, and an environment for you to reach the stars if you have the right work ethic! I have met and work with some amazing people.
I am a Merchandising Rep for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
So my job role in the company is helping to maintain a set number of stores in an area given to me. My duties are going in to a set amount of stores a day, merchandising stock to make sure they are available for the consumers. Providing appropriate customer service to the stores that I am in contact with and providing information on the company products and Promotions.

I enjoy my role in the business due to the environment Coke has provided. I am always out in the field and I get to meet new people everyday which allows me to use my communication skills. I am always dealing with new challenges which helps build character and also opens my mind to adapting to different ways of working and dealing with these challenges and changes.

I have met a lot of amazing people in my time working with the company. All of which are just normal people that enjoy the company and enjoy their jobs which just creates this amazing environment for all to soak up and enjoy.
Being open minded about things helps you enjoy the job a lot more because your always going to be encouraged to try new things. Such as new working ways and a new company focus. Which makes your job more fun when there’s changes - this company always make changes for the better, to allow the company to move forward and be on top.

Winning star of the month on my first month in my role was a great achievement. Using all I have learnt from my manager and team mates I was able to achieve targets set in a short space of time.
Winning players player award was another great achievement because I was able to win this by demonstrating my hard work to my team mates talking them through what I did to achieve my targets and they voted for me to win.
