Hi Sophie, I'm not the best at interviews when it comes to ticking the boxes, is it a tick the box company?

Or a think outside the box company? Ticking boxes is great but to really grow I feel you need to explore outside the box :)

Hi Iain, I wouldn't say it is a tick box company. As a business I feel Coca Cola really appreciate employees who use their initiative and think outside the box. The interview stage is a great opportunity to get your personality and experience across and not just tick boxes.
