I got an interview over a year ago in a similar role. Do you get overlooked if you have had a past interview?

I applied for this role over a year ago and got good feedback. Do you automatically get overlooked if you have had a past interview? I’m worried this might be the case as I’ve tried to contact HR people before and got no joy. Thanks

No you should not get overlooked. Anyone applying for any role within CCEP goes through screening. If it is the same role a New Manager could be Hiring & looking for something different & interested candidates might have developed / grown new skills in that year.

Thanks for the reply Katie. The job I’m applying for now the field sales manager told me to put in for it. All I want is a chance to prove myself in an interview again. I know I have the tools for the job.
