Bal M.
Account Manager (Field Sales)
Hi Chris,
Hope your well and thank you for your question.
Initially the role I applied for (externally), I did not get but was offered the Merchandising Representative role. This was a fantastic role and showed the importance of Merchandisers in the Grocery team. After working hard and providing great results to my manager, I then applied for the next role which I successfully got.
As they say "Work hard and dream big".
Its a great feeling when you work hard and get rewarded with progressing to the next role.
Hope this helps
Good luck :)
Bal
