Is there a minimum length of time we have to stay in a job role before applying for progression opportunities within CCEP?

Hey Neelam, thanks for your question. The hiring process varies from role to role due to a variety of factors so unfortunately its difficult to give a definitive answer. But we do aim to run an inclusive, succinct process across all of our roles.
There is no set time for career movement, it very much would be about having an open conversation with your line manager and your readiness to move, of course, we do like people to spend a reasonable amount of time in the role to be able to make a difference, learn and develop in the role and add value back. Career and development conversations are ongoing at CCEP, it's important for us to understand your individual strengths and passions, we're all unique - and we are here to support in your career at CCEP

I believe you have to spend a certain amount of time in any post to gain the skills and knowledge needed to progress to the next stage of your career. I thought there might be a timeframe.
Thank you for the answer Nicki.
