Hey Helen! the interview process is different depending on the role. Typically it will be a strength based interview which is designed to explore your key strengths and passions. The questions are often open-ended and may require answers involving real-life, situational examples.
My main tip would be to read through the role's job description before your interview to make your answers as relevant as possible. Also utilise the interview time to ask any questions you have your self so that you can learn as much as you can about the role to also make sure its the right role for you too! and most importantly, be your self!! :) we're always hiring for potential and want to bring in people who'll be a great culture add.
