Many thanks for your question! Coca-Cola European Partners is an amazing employer who really value it's people and offer countless opportunities for employees to progress, whether that be laterally to learn a new skill set or area of the business, or progression upwards in the form of promotions. We are also really passionate about community partnerships so there's plenty to get involved in outside the 'day-to-day' too!
In interviews the best thing you can do is be yourself and prepare beforehand by researching the company and asking for a copy of the job spec to use whilst you prepare so you are confident you know what the role is. Also make sure you prepare questions to ask at the end to clear up anything you aren't sure of - interviews are as much about you learning the company and making sure it's the right place for you as it is us learning about you and your skill set. Hi Danielle, Thanks for your question - I would totally agree with everything Sara has said. As a large company there are so many different areas of our business you could move into depending on your strengths, skillset and passion. We are a really inclusive and diverse company that actively encourage employees to 'be themselves' so that they feel as though they belong. Also we attract and maintain really strong talent which means that there is a great opportunity for all employees to learn from their colleagues as well as their managers.
In terms of interviews my best tip is to be really clear on the skills you already have that you believe are transferable into the role you are applying for and then be really clear about what skills you want to develop in the role. Always be your authentic self - interviewers really want to feel like they've seen the real you after an interview. Lastly remember that the employer is not trying to catch you out, they are genuinely just wanting to learn as much as they can about you in the short time they have. Try to enjoy it
