Thank you for your question,
Opportunities are always open at CCEP, networking platforms for connections are actively promoted. Line managers are encouraged to set up days out with people from other areas of the business to share experiences and find out more about about skill sharing and opportunities you may not have considered.
You can request a visit in trade with a Senior to showcase your skills and challenges in your environment and request a shadow day with someone else.
Personally I'm not ambitious yet as a mentor, I promote the pathways to inclusive development and have seen and helped others develop there potential and guide them from a start induction to management of others and on to specialist roles. There is always someone to help you make the best of yourself and those around you.
Hope this helps,
Kind regards, Andrew
