This definitely is something that I have heard done in the past! Whether we have this available at CCEP is a different matter. We offer 'Adult Apprenticeships' or commonly called 'Career Builders' within the organisation. I can only speak on behalf of Supply Chain and this is something that we are working on at our Sidcup Site.

I have had two interviews and both were unsuccessful. Will my chance be gone now as I’m 43 years old ?Starting as a merchandiser, how long (months/years) it takes to progress to the next career level? Is there an avenue for career progression and how is that implemented? What is the career progression like after completing one of the apprenticeships? Can you do an apprenticeship if you have already graduated from university? What is the furthest I could position I could possibly reach after finishing the engineering apprenticeship scheme?Would somebody in their 20's still have a good chance of being considered for an apprenticeship?
