I have just changed role so am still in an induction period but in my last role a typical day would be to travel and meet one of my team, spend time in calls coaching & developing them and then providing feedback and maybe working on their personal development plans and potential career moves. I could also be attending or running meetings and interviewing candidates for employment too. Lots of variety!
