Hello :)
My first year I was a sales representative looking after a territory in North London. It was a great introduction to the business. That year I learnt about all of our brands, the processes and got familiar with the internal structure. I also went on a sales course that was part of the training program. These really helped me develop my customer management skills as well as negotiation and presenting.
The first year was really all about learning and and then putting that into practice in the trade.
