field sales manager
Hi Rick, there are plenty! We have development cards that our sales exec's work through from their first day to help build and develop their sales skills. There are also regular "coaching" days with your line manager that help grow your learning too. We also have internal courses that can be taken at your own leisure from our huge platform of online learning and also have courses that are classroom based that are lead by both internal and external learning and development experts. In summary there are an array of opportunities to develop yourself both professionally and personally.
