Production Team Leader
There is 4 shift technician roles- mechanical electro-mechanical (level 1), electrical (level 2) and ASRS technician. Days based roles include asset care planners, reliability engineers, maintenance managers, projects technician, project manager and engineering manager. Automation engineers which are electricians with programming skills. There is also apprenticeships opportunities where we take on one or two per year. The apprentices develop into a technician role (4 year path). If you would like to progress there is a proven path into central engineering
