I have been on projects where there have been many challenges particularly where you have changes in technology, people and process happening at the same time.
What helps people overcome these challenges is the collaboration in the company in bringing many teams and inter-dependencies together to make them transparent and for people to come together to create solutions that can mitigate risks and drive opportunities on delivering the project more successfully.
