Please tell me about the biggest challenge you've faced since you joined?

Thanks for reaching out and appoliogies for the delay in responding. I took some time over xmas and been thrown straight into 2025 account plans on returning to work.

The biggest challenge for sure was during my MBA which i did as part of my role. I had several contract re-negotiations, a internal job interview and a 12,000 word dissertation to write. At first the tasks seemed unachievable. But after a few meetings with my mentor I managed to focus on small aspects of each task in an effort to break down the mammoth challenge into bite sized pieces of work I could manage. A very big learning for me on how to prioritise and break down large projects into manageable tasks. Once these were all completed the whole project would be finished.
